Terms of use of the website

1. The intellectual property rights of the Content (e.g. texts, photographs, logo, information, data) and Services of the pennyslove.gr website are protected by Greek, EU, and international intellectual property laws.

2. Any copying, distribution, transfer, alteration, resale, creation of derivative work, or misleading of the public regarding the actual provider of the website's Content is prohibited. Any reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, dissemination, or transmission, or any other use of the Content by any means or for any commercial or other purpose is permitted only with the prior written consent of the business or any other rights holder of the intellectual property.

3. The pennyslove.gr online store provides the Content (e.g. information, names, photographs, depictions), products, and services available through the website "as is." Under no circumstances does the online store bear liability for any claims of a legal, civil, and/or criminal nature, nor for any damage (direct, special, or consequential — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or moral damages) suffered by visitors to the website or third parties arising from the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website, and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available through it, and/or unauthorized third-party interference with products, services, and/or information made available through it. Product photographs are indicative and we bear no responsibility for minor appearance discrepancies or for obvious spelling/typographical errors, which are corrected as soon as they are identified.

4. Prices may change without notice. Price commitment is made only through an online order and its confirmation by the store (not merely through the automated order-submission message). The online store does not guarantee the availability of all products at all times, but undertakes to promptly inform customers in case of unavailability. Once an order is confirmed by the store, the customer is guaranteed to receive the product at the price accepted during the transaction, even if the price subsequently changes. If a product is displayed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, the order may be cancelled and the customer will be informed accordingly. pennyslove.gr is not liable for damages arising from the execution or non-execution of orders, or from delays in execution not attributable to its fault, beyond the obligations arising from consumer protection law.

5. Use of the website must be exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. Visitors are required to use the website in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct, and these terms, and must not engage in acts or omissions that could cause harm or malfunction to it, or affect or endanger the provision of pennyslove.gr's services.

6. The online store makes every possible effort for the proper functioning of the website, but does not guarantee that its functions or those of its servers will be uninterrupted or free of any errors, viruses, or similar elements.

7. The online store reserves the right to modify, add to, or alter the content or services of the website, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems necessary, with notice through this website (indicating the date of update).

8. The names, images, logos, and distinguishing features representing Penny's Love / pennyslove.gr or third parties and their products or services are exclusive trademarks of the business or third parties and are protected under relevant trademark laws. Their appearance on the website should in no way be construed as a transfer or grant of license or right to use them.

9. Visiting and using the website presupposes unconditional acceptance of these terms, as they appear on this page.

10. The operation of the store is governed by applicable e-commerce and consumer protection legislation, as well as relevant codes of conduct where applicable.

11. Connection to the store is made via the secure HTTPS / SSL (TLS) protocol.

Privacy statement

A necessary condition for starting a transaction is the disclosure of certain personal information on your part. When you place an order, we typically request: full name, shipping address, contact phone number, email address, and, in the case of an invoice, company name, VAT number, and relevant tax office.

The business follows the personal data protection principles set out by relevant laws and does not make improper use of your data without your prior consent, where required.

We do not disclose, publish, sell, or exchange your personal information. Data may only be disclosed/transferred when required by a Public Authority, court, or other legal obligation, following the prescribed procedure. Transfer to partners (e.g. couriers, payment providers) is made only to the extent necessary for order fulfillment.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), national and EU legislation, Law 3471/2006 as in force, and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

User accounts

User accounts maintained with the store must have complete basic contact and shipping information. Accounts with incomplete or clearly false information may be deactivated. Accounts with prolonged inactivity may also be deleted/deactivated, in accordance with the data retention policy.

If an account is deleted, you may create a new one with complete and accurate details.

Provided your order details are complete and accurate, we proceed with processing, fulfilling, and shipping your order.

Order cancellation

An order may be cancelled in the following cases:

A) Before the order is completed, during the online checkout process, you may stop the process without submitting an order.

B) We accept order cancellation provided the order has not yet been shipped for delivery. If the products are still at the store, let us know by email at orders@pennyslove.gr or by phone at +30 2341 251505, stating your order number. We will cancel the order and refund any amount already paid, where applicable.

Returns policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. As a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 as in force.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at orders@pennyslove.gr or +30 2341 251505, with your order/receipt number and the code or description of the product.
2. Where requested, send a photograph of the item so we can better assess it and confirm acceptance of the return.
3. Package the product so it is protected during shipping.

If the product is defective or an error was made in the order on our part, the return shipping cost is covered by the business (according to the shipping method we will indicate to you).

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the business only in the case of our own error or a proven defective product. In any other case (e.g. withdrawal / change of mind), the costs are borne by the customer.

The average time to complete the return process (after receipt and inspection) is approximately 10 business days.

Conditions for accepting a return

• The product is in excellent condition, has not been used, and retains its original packaging and everything that came with it, to the extent applicable.
• For cosmetics / personal care products: products that have been opened or used are generally not accepted for return for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or were sent incorrectly by us.
• A retail receipt (or equivalent document) is required. For invoiced orders, the return is processed with the relevant documents.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product by the business, as a rule using the same payment method or to a bank account you provide (account holder's full name and IBAN). For card payments, cancellation/reversal follows the issuing bank's procedures.

If the return is not made within the legal deadline or the conditions are not met, the business is entitled to refuse the return.

Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, let us know at orders@pennyslove.gr or +30 2341 251505 for return instructions. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement. If the product is unavailable, it may be replaced with an equivalent product by agreement, or refunded.

We are not liable for damage from normal wear, misuse, or destruction of packaging/labels due to customer fault.

Exchange of a non-defective product

In case of exchange of a non-defective product due to a customer's error in judgment, the customer sends the item back at their own shipping cost (provided the return/withdrawal conditions are met). In case of an error by the business, there is no charge for shipping costs.
