Returns & Cancellations

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

2. How to make a return

Email us at orders@pennyslove.gr or call +30 2341 251505, stating your order number. We'll guide you through returning the product.

3. Conditions for a return

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, for hygiene reasons (cosmetic products).
• It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice.
• Products that have been opened or used are not accepted for return, unless they are defective.

4. Return costs

In the case of a simple withdrawal (change of mind), the cost of returning the product is borne by you. If the product is defective or was sent incorrectly due to our error, the cost of returning it and shipping the new product is borne by us.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order (or by bank transfer, where required).

6. Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped, by contacting us directly. After shipment, the return process described above applies.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can proceed immediately with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
